The stay here was decent. I enjoyed the microwave and fridge in the room, and the Thai restaurant on-site was surprisingly good. I'd definitely pick this for a quick night if needed again.

Just a good match for a weekend rest in Gainesville with outstanding value for money. The shower was set up very low, making it a challenge for anyone taller. If traveling during busy times, check for availability ahead of time.

Look, if you're in a pinch, it's adequate
The place is close to the hospital, which made it easy for those early morning visits. Friendly staff at the desk really helped when I was looking for local food options.
It wasn’t necessarily cheap, but it was acceptable for the circumstances.

Spent a couple of nights here and really appreciated the clean room and comfy beds. The pool was a perfect spot to chill after a long day, and I enjoyed grabbing a snack from the nearby café. Just a heads up, the shower pressure was a bit weak, but it didn't ruin my experience at all! 😊

easy access to parks and attractions made my stay enjoyable
My time here was great because of how easy it was to stroll to both Bivens Arm Nature Park which was just under 2 km away, and the Butterfly Rainforest at the Florida Museum, about 3 km from my room, making each day a new adventure. plus, while the service could use some improvement, the convenience of nearby eateries like Domino's Pizza just steps away added to the overall experience.

This place is affordable and conveniently located near the hospital, making it great for a quick stay. While the heater was quite outdated and noisy, and I noticed some minor cleanliness issues, the friendly staff and the attached Thai restaurant were definite highlights.

missingWrote a review on Jan 28low priceconvenient locationnoise issueunpleasant odorinconvenient shower head
Located on 13th St, it's close to the Univ of Florida campus. The price is low, and you can get a discount for medical visits. However, road noise is an issue in front rooms. The shower heads are too low for adults, and the water has a noticeable odor, which is common in the area.
